Artisan & Crafter Booth Request $60 per Booth

The Fee Payment will entitle the exhibitor to one (or more if purchased) reserved area along the Event Route. Booths will be set up in the center of Kings Hwy. Exhibitors must supply tables, racks, tent or canopy, weights, and other related materials. Booth Locations and Acceptance are up to the sole discretion of the Swedesboro Woolwich Day Committee. Booth Locations will be sent via mail and displayed on www.SwedesboroDay.com prior to the event. Electricity is not available.

ARTISAN & CRAFTERS NOTE
Only Handmade Art and Craft objects that are the creation of the Exhibitor may be displayed and sold at the event. Two Photos of your items must be attached. Any exhibitor displaying manufactured items will be removed from the crafter’s block area.

Display must be set up between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM on the morning of the event. Vendors will be able to drop off booth contents at the location before parking. Booths CANNOT be broken down before 4:00 PM. Cars will not be allowed in the exhibit area after 8:00 AM. For Public Safety there are no exceptions to these rules. Set-up and breakdown instructions will be provided.

We reserve the right to deny any application. Event is held rain or shine. Sorry, no refunds.

The undersigned and their representatives in consideration of the fee paid, has read and agrees to adhere to the guidelines and accepts sole responsibility thereof, and indemnify and hold harmless from any liability arising from the participation in this event, the Swedesboro Woolwich Day Committee, the Borough of Swedesboro, and the owners and occupants of the buildings along the event route. No refunds provided.
