Business Booth Request

Booth Fees are $60.00 per 10 x 10 Area

This application will entitle the Business Owner to one (or more if purchased) reserved area along the Event Route. Booths will be set up in the center of Kings Hwy. Exhibitor must supply table, tent, racks, canopy and other related material. Booth Locations and Acceptance are up to the sole discretion of the SW Day Committee. Booth Locations will be sent via mail and displayed on swedesboroday.com prior to the event. Electricity is not available.

Business Owners must give a description of what will be sold or displayed in their booth; this will help the SW Day Committee to limit duplication of vendors.

Kings Highway Business Booths are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Display must be set up between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM the morning of the Event. Booths CANNOT be broken down before 4:00 PM. Cars will not be allowed in the exhibit area after 8:00 AM. For Public Safety there are no exceptions to these rules. Breakdown instructions will be provided.

We reserve the right to deny any Application. Qualifying business must be within the 08085 zip code. No refunds. Event is held rain or shine.

Businesses located outside of 08085 zip code are eligible for sponsorship options. Please see sponsor information on website.

The undersigned and their representatives in consideration of the fee paid, has read and agrees to adhere to the guidelines and accepts sole responsibility thereof, and indemnify and hold harmless from any liability arising from the participation in this event, the Swedesboro Woolwich Day Committee, the Borough of Swedesboro, and the owners and occupants of the buildings along the event route. No refunds provided.
