With 501C Proof & must be located within the 08085 zip code.
$25.00 for first 10×10 area
$50.00 for each additional 10 X 10 area
The Fee Payment will entitle the exhibitor to one (or more if purchased) reserved area along the Event Route. Booths will be set up in the center of Kings Hwy. Exhibitor must supply table, tent, racks, canopy and other related material. Booth Locations and acceptance are up to the sole discretion of the Swedesboro Day Committee. Booth Locations will be sent via mail and displayed on swedesboroday.com prior to the event. Electricity is not available.
Description of planned MERCHANDISE for SALE, FOOD, ACTIVITIES and ALL MATERIALS to be distributed MUST BE PROVIDED FOR REVIEW AND APPROVED by the Swedesboro Woolwich Day Committee.
Gloucester County requires an APPLICATION FOR FOOD VENDORS AT SPECIAL EVENTS be completed for ANY FOOD SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED. (Form is available here)
Non-profits must be located within the 08085 zip code. We reserve the right to deny any Application.
Display must be set up between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM the morning of the Event. Booths cannot be broken down before 4:00 PM. Breakdown instructions will be provided. Cars will not be allowed in the exhibit area after 8:00 AM. For Public Safety there are no exceptions to these rules.
The undersigned and their representatives in consideration for the fee paid, has read and agrees to adhere to the guidelines and accepts sole responsibility thereof and to indemnify and hold harmless from any liability arising from the participation of this event, the Swedesboro Day Committee, the Borough of Swedesboro and the owners and occupants of the buildings along the event route.
